W Executive España is partnering with a leading packaging/food industry company to recruit a General Manager who will oversee strategy, operations, and profitable growth. The role requires strong industrial leadership, commercial acumen, and a proven track record in managing complex manufacturing operations.

The General Manager will take full P&L accountability, drive strategic plans, and report on financial performance to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Significant leadership experience in the food or packaging industry.
• Proven track record of full P&L ownership.
• Strong understanding of industrial manufacturing processes and supply chain management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue, profitability and overall business performance.
• Develop and execute short- and long-term strategic plans aligned with objectives.
• Oversee manufacturing, engineering, maintenance, and supply chain operations.
• Lead Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Strengthen customer relationships and align capabilities with market needs.
• Oversee budgeting, CapEx, cash flow, and financial planning with Finance.
