Page Executive in Spain, part of a leading Italian industrial group, seeks a General Manager for its local manufacturing business. You will own P&L, drive growth strategy and lead the management team across markets.

We expect a hands-on, entrepreneurial leader who can align commercial development with operational excellence at the production site, while building strong customer and partner relationships. Based at the site during the week, you will shape governance and organizational capabilities

The Successful Applicant

• Proven General Manager experience with full business accountability and a strong track record in commercial development, market expansion and P&L management.
• Hands-on and entrepreneurial leader, comfortable operating in a mid-sized manufacturing environment and dealing with both strategic priorities and day-to-day operational challenges.
• Strong people leadership and organizational development skills, with the ability to introduce structure, processes and succession plans while fostering a high-performance culture.
• Commercially driven executive with experience in industrial B2B environments, ideally within the packaging sector or adjacent industries.
• Willingness to be based at the production site during the week, maintaining close proximity to the business, the operations and the local team.
