Castillo Hotel Son Vida, a luxury property within The Luxury Collection and part of Arabella Hospitality, seeks a General Manager to lead operations, guest experiences and strategic direction.

The GM will oversee leadership, financial performance and the development of teams, while upholding Marriott standards and preserving the property's character and heritage in Mallorca’s luxury market.

Responsabilidades

• Provide overall leadership and strategic direction for Castillo Hotel Son Vida.
• Drive operational, financial and commercial performance to achieve budgeted results.
• Lead, develop and support the Executive Committee and department heads with accountability and collaboration.
• Ensure an exceptional guest experience aligned with The Luxury Collection and Marriott standards.
• Maintain a strong presence in daily operations and foster guest- and partner relations.
• Develop and execute the annual business plan, budget and forecasts with relevant teams.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Revenue Management to enhance market position.
• Champion talent development, succession planning and associate engagement.
