UST is seeking a dynamic Full Stack Engineer in Madrid to join a cross-functional team. The role focuses on building scalable Java/Spring Boot backends and React frontends within an Agile DevOps environment for a wealth management client.

You will contribute to design, development, delivery, and monitoring of applications, participate in code reviews, and collaborate with architects to align with the architectural vision. Strong English communication is required.

Formación

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Proven experience with Java/Spring Boot and React in a full-stack setting.
• Experience with TDD and BDD is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Work in a cross-functional Agile DevOps team to design, develop, deploy and monitor applications.
• Participate in code reviews and PR evaluations.
• Collaborate with different business units to address needs and refine backlogs.

We are looking for a Full Stack Engineer with strong Java/Spring Boot experience and exposure to React, eager to work in an Agile and DevOps environment for a leading Wealth Management client.

Responsibilities

Software Development & Delivery

• Work within a cross-functional team using Agile methodologies in a DevOps-centric environment.
• Design, develop, deploy, release, and monitor applications.
• Participate in code reviews and pull request evaluations.

Collaboration & Business Engagement

• Collaborate with colleagues across different business divisions to understand and address business needs.
• Participate in planning sessions, backlog refinement, and feature discussions.
• Work closely with Solution Architects to design solutions aligned with the company's architectural vision.

Knowledge Sharing & Continuous Improvement

• Actively contribute to Software Engineering communities.
• Share knowledge, mentor colleagues, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Behavior-Driven Development (BDD)
• Good understanding of DevOps principles, including:
  • Continuous Integration (CI)
  • Continuous Deployment (CD)
  • Test automation

Education & Languages

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong English communication skills.

Full Stack Expectations

• Ability to work across both frontend and backend development.
• A deeper specialization in either frontend or backend is acceptable.
• Willingness to contribute in both domains when required.
