UST is seeking a Top Talent for a Full Stack Engineer role in Madrid, combining strong Java/Spring Boot experience with exposure to React. Join a Wealth Management client in an Agile, DevOps environment.

Location is Hybrid in Madrid city center with 3 days in the office. English is required; Spanish is desirable. Compensation reflects market norms for a senior full stack professional in Spain.

What Are We Looking For?

We are looking for a Full Stack Engineer with strong experience in Java/Spring Boot and exposure to React, eager to join a leading Wealth Management client and work in an Agile and DevOps environment.

Location: Hybrid. Madrid city center (Ventas area). 3 days a week in the office.

Language: English is a must. Spanish desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop, deploy, and maintain scalable applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, architects, and business stakeholders.
• Participate in code reviews and Agile ceremonies.
• Deliver high-quality solutions following best practices and DevOps principles.
• Strong background in software development with Java/Spring Boot.
• Experience or willingness to work with React and frontend technologies.
• Knowledge of CI/CD, TDD/BDD, and automated testing.
• Proactive, collaborative, and eager to learn.
• Good communication skills in English.

Business Hours. No intensive working days for friday or summer.
