UST is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join a cross-functional DevOps‑oriented team in Madrid. You will design, develop, deploy, and monitor modern, secure, and scalable digital banking solutions for an international project.

The role requires strong Java/Spring Boot and React expertise, RESTful APIs, Kubernetes, and experience in Agile environments. UST offers a hybrid work model, generous leave, training platforms, and flexible benefits.

Formación

• Proven experience as a Full Stack Software Engineer in enterprise environments.
• Strong expertise in Java and Spring Boot.
• Experience designing RESTful APIs and service-oriented architectures.
• Strong knowledge of React, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Experience with Oracle SQL or similar relational databases.
• Understanding of DevOps principles, CI/CD.
• Experience with TDD and/or BDD.
• Knowledge of Kubernetes and containerized environments.
• Familiarity with OpenAPI specifications and UML.
• Experience working within Agile methodologies.
• Excellent English communication skills.

• Promote continuous improvement and ownership throughout the software development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

Mandatory Requirements

• Proven experience as a Full Stack Software Engineer in enterprise environments.
• Strong expertise in Java and Spring Boot.
• Experience designing and developing RESTful APIs and service-oriented architectures.
• Strong knowledge of React, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Solid experience working with Oracle SQL or similar relational databases.
• Understanding of DevOps principles, Continuous Integration (CI), and Continuous Deployment (CD).
• Experience with Test-Driven Development (TDD) and/or Behavior-Driven Development (BDD).
• Knowledge of Kubernetes and containerized environments.
• Familiarity with OpenAPI specifications and UML.
• Experience working within Agile methodologies.
• Strong communication skills and excellent English level (written and spoken).
• Proactive mindset, ownership attitude, and passion for software engineering.

Nice To Have

• Experience with Kafka and Avro for streaming and event-driven architectures.
• Previous experience in banking, financial services, or highly regulated environments.
• Exposure to cloud-native architectures and modern microservices ecosystems.
• Experience mentoring developers and contributing to technical communities.
