We are looking for a Full Stack Software Engineer with a stronger focus on Frontend development (React + TypeScript) while being comfortable on the backend with Java and Spring Boot.

Formación

• Proven experience with React, TypeScript and React Hooks.
• Strong knowledge of Java, Spring Boot and Hibernate.
• Experience with RESTful services and SOA.
• Good SQL skills (Oracle).
• Familiarity with Kafka and Avro for streaming.
• Experience with Kubernetes (PKS) and Virtual Machines.
• Knowledge of OpenAPI and UML.
• Emphasis on clean code, best practices and maintainability.
• Experience with TDD/BDD and automated testing.
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps.

Responsabilidades

• Work in a cross-functional, agile DevOps team.
• Design, implement, deploy, release and monitor applications end-to-end.
• Review pull requests and promote code quality.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand needs.
• Participate in planning and feature design sessions.
• Align with client architecture through Solution Architects.
• Contribute to software engineering communities and share knowledge.
• Deliver high-quality, maintainable code per internal standards.

What we look for?

We are looking for a Full Stack Software Engineer with a stronger focus on Frontend development (React + TypeScript), while still being comfortable working on the backend with Java and Spring Boot.

This role is urgent, as it covers a replacement position, and prioritizes engineering best practices and code quality over years of experience.

The ideal candidate is pragmatic, open-minded, and motivated to work in a DevOps-oriented, agile environment within a large, regulated organization like the client.

Main tasks and accountabilities will be:

• Work as part of a cross-functional, agile team in a DevOps-centric model
• Design, implement, deploy, release, and monitor applications end-to-end
• Actively participate in pull request reviews and promote code quality
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand functional needs
• Participate in planning, refinement, and feature design sessions
• Work with Solution Architects to ensure alignment with client’s architectural vision
• Contribute to Software Engineering communities, sharing knowledge and best practices
• Deliver high-quality, maintainable code aligned with internal standards and guidelines

What do we expect from you?

Technical expectations

• Strong experience with React, TypeScript, and React Hooks
• Solid knowledge of Java, Spring Boot, and Hibernate
• Experience with RESTful services and service-oriented architectures
• Good understanding of SQL (Oracle)
• Familiarity with Kafka and Avro for streaming
• Experience working with Kubernetes (PKS) and Virtual Machines
• Knowledge of OpenAPI and UML
• Strong focus on best practices, clean code, and maintainability
• Experience with TDD / BDD and automated testing
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps principles

Work Location

Hybrid position in Madrid (3 days at client´s office, Sol area, next to the underground).

Work Schedule

Business hours (40 hours weekly with 1 hour for lunch).
