UST in Madrid is seeking a proactive Software Engineer to join a hybrid, client-facing team. You’ll design, develop, deploy, and monitor software within a DevOps-driven, cross-functional Agile environment.

The role emphasizes TDD/BDD, high code quality, and collaboration with Solution Architects to deliver scalable microservices using Java, Spring Boot, and Kubernetes.

• Strong background in Java, Spring Boot, and REST APIs.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and Helm.
• Familiarity with CI/CD, DevOps, and automated testing.
• Experience with Kafka, Avro, and event-driven architecture is a plus.

Main Tasks And Accountabilities Will Be

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
