Job summary

SO/ Sotogrande Spa & Golf Resort Hotel in Sotogrande, Spain, is seeking a Front Office Intern to support daily reception operations and guest services. You will participate in check-in/check-out processes, assist in guest inquiries, and learn room assignments while maintaining guest records.

Qualifications

• Agreement with the school is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in welcoming and greeting guests upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression
• Learn to process check-ins and check-outs efficiently using the hotel's property management system
• Support the front desk team in handling guest inquiries and requests
• Assist in managing room assignments and maintaining accurate guest records
• Learn to handle basic administrative tasks, including answering phone calls and emails
• Shadow experienced staff to understand hotel operations and guest service standards
• Participate in training sessions to develop skills in customer service and hotel procedures
• Assist in promoting hotel services and amenities to enhance guest experience
• Learn to handle basic financial transactions, including cash handling and credit card processing
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
