Grand Hyatt Lanzarote Playa Dorada Resort & Spa in Playa Blanca, Lanzarote invites a Front Office Intern to learn the art of 5-star service and be the first face guests meet during their stay.

This 3–6 month programme includes accommodation, meals, and a competitive stipend. You will work with PMS systems, assist with check-ins/check-outs, and engage with international guests to develop luxury hospitality skills.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Hospitality, Tourism, or Business degree.
• Fluency in English and Spanish is essential; knowledge of German, French, or Italian is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with seamless check-ins/check-outs to create VIP first impressions.
• Handle guest inquiries, provide local recommendations and coordinate special requests.
• Gain hands-on experience with premium PMS and luxury hospitality standards.
• Interact with guests from around the world and sharpen language skills.
• Learn to solve problems with a can-do attitude in a luxury setting.

Your Role

Working in the Front Office is the heartbeat of the resort. You will learn the art of 5-star service by:

• Creating a First Impression: Assisting with seamless check-ins and check-outs, ensuring every guest feels like a VIP from the moment they arrive.

• Personalizing Stays: Handling guest inquiries, providing local recommendations, and coordinating special requests to exceed expectations.

• Mastering Operations: Gaining hands-on experience with premium Property Management Systems (PMS) and luxury hospitality standards.

• Multicultural Communication: Interacting with guests from all over the world, sharpening your language skills in a professional environment.

• Problem Solving: Learning how to handle challenges with grace, empathy, and a "can-do" attitude.
