Aethos Mallorca is seeking a Guest Service Agent to be the main point of contact for guests throughout their stay, delivering warm, seamless, and memorable service in collaboration with the Front Office team.

You will handle reservations, guest profiles, and communications across phone, email, and WhatsApp, coordinate with Housekeeping, F&B, and maintenance, and promote experiences while upholding Aethos brand standards.

Formación

• Previous experience in Guest Services, Front Office, or a similar hospitality role is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Fluency in English and Spanish with a customer-first mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Manage guest communications before, during, and after their stay via phone, email, WhatsApp, and other digital channels.
• Respond promptly to enquiries and requests with a personalized approach to ensure a seamless guest journey.
• Coordinate with Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Maintenance, and other departments to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
• Manage reservations, guest profiles, room allocations, and internal systems with accuracy and timeliness.
• Anticipate guest needs, proactively resolve issues, and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
• Promote hotel services, experiences, and upgrades to enhance guest experience and revenue opportunities.
• Maintain detailed guest records and support operational reporting and administrative tasks.
• Ensure all communications reflect the Aethos brand standards and deliver a consistently high level of service.
