Aethos Mallorca is seeking a Guest Service Agent to be the warm, approachable first point of contact for guests throughout their stay. You will work closely with the Front Office team to anticipate needs, handle inquiries, and deliver the thoughtful service that defines the Aethos experience.

Based at our Mallorca property, you will manage guest communications across phone, email, and messaging, coordinate with Housekeeping and F&B, and help promote services and experiences while maintaining

Formación

• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Experience in Guest Services, Front Office, or Reservations.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Manage guest communications before, during, and after their stay via phone, email, WhatsApp, and other digital channels.
• Ensure a seamless guest journey by responding promptly to enquiries, requests, and special arrangements with a personalized approach.
• Coordinate with Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Maintenance, and other departments to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
• Manage reservations, guest profiles, room allocations, and internal systems, ensuring all information is accurate and up to date.
• Anticipate guest needs, proactively resolve issues, and follow up to ensure complete satisfaction.
• Promote hotel services, experiences, and upgrades to enhance both the guest experience and revenue opportunities.
• Maintain detailed guest records and support operational reporting and administrative tasks.
• Ensure all communications reflect the Aethos brand standards and deliver a consistently high level of service.
