Aethos Mallorca seeks a friendly Guest Service Agent to be the main point of contact for guests throughout their stay, delivering warm and seamless service. You will work closely with the Front Office team to anticipate guest needs and provide personalized assistance, ensuring a memorable Aethos experience.

Formación

• Prior experience in Guest Services or Front Office is preferred.
• Excellent communication and a guest-focused attitude.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced setting.
• Proactive, detail-oriented and collaborative team player.
• Fluent in English and Spanish; additional languages are a plus.
• Comfortable using hotel management systems and digital channels.

Responsabilidades

• Manage guest communications before, during, and after stays via phone, email, and apps.
• Respond to inquiries and special requests with a personalized touch.
• Coordinate with Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, and Maintenance to ensure smooth stays.
• Manage reservations, guest profiles, room allocations, and internal systems.
• Anticipate guest needs, resolve issues, and follow up for satisfaction.
• Promote hotel services and upgrades to enhance experience and revenue.
• Maintain guest records and support administrative reporting.
• Ensure all communications reflect Aethos brand standards.
