XIOR invites applications for an Operations Assistant at one of our best Barcelona residences, Diagonal-Besòs. The role combines reception duties with customer service, handling inquiries by phone, email and at the counter, and overseeing reservations throughout check‑in/check‑out processes.

You’ll work in a dynamic student environment, supporting multiple departments and contributing to a first-rate living experience for residents. Fluency in Spanish and English is required.

Formación

• Experience in hospitality or customer service is a plus.
• Fluency in Spanish and English is required.
• Proficiency with MS Office and basic administrative tasks.
• Studies related to hospitality or business administration valued.

Responsabilidades

• Be the first face of the residence reception for students.
• Assist students at the counter, by mail, and over the phone.
• Manage reservations and check-in/check-out, issue keys/cards.
• Accompany visitors during open days and tours of facilities.
• Support the administration office and daily operations.
• Coordinate with cleaning, catering, maintenance and gardening teams.
