The Hoxton Poblenou in Barcelona is seeking a Receptionist to greet guests, manage check-ins/outs, and coordinate with teams to ensure smooth operations. You will answer phones, handle requests, and provide local recommendations, delivering a warm, personal service in a dynamic hospitality setting.

Fluency in Spanish and English is required, with Catalan and additional languages a bonus. Prior hotel experience is helpful but not mandatory; a proactive, friendly attitude is essential for success.

Formación

• Fluent in Spanish and English, with good communication skills.
• Previous hotel or hospitality experience is a plus but not required.
• Comfortable interacting with guests and providing a high level of service.

Responsabilidades

• You’re the first face guests see, welcoming them warmly and making their stay special.
• Handle guest arrivals, check-ins/outs, and bill accuracy with attention to detail.
• Coordinate with Front Office and other teams to manage bookings and overbooking levels.
• Answer phones, handle guest requests, and offer local recommendations.
