• Experience in reception, hospitality or customer service is a plus.
• Positive, proactive and organised team player.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Welcome residents and guests with a friendly, professional manner.
• Handle queries and complaints and assist with check-ins/check-outs.
• Coordinate with Maintenance, Housekeeping and other departments.
• Support admin tasks and office duties as needed.
• Ensure security and mail/parcel handling and tenancy related requests.
• Assist sales inquiries, lettings, and viewings when needed.
• Uphold company policies through excellent service.
