Concentrix is seeking a Business Developer to join our Barcelona team on-site. You will generate a steady pipeline of opportunities for Field Sales, identify key prospects, and drive lead generation and telemarketing campaigns to move deals through the sales cycle.

The role requires native French, advanced English, and solid IT and sales experience. You will thrive in a hybrid, growth-focused environment with strong training and development opportunities in a big global tech services company.

Formación

• Fluency in French is required (native level) and English at an advanced level.
• Experience in outbound sales and strong telemarketing skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Generate a consistent pipeline of sales opportunities for Field Sales Representatives.
• Identify and qualify key prospects and decision-makers within target companies.
• Drive lead generation activities, including prospect qualification, meeting scheduling and presenting products and solutions.
• Manage and nurture leads throughout the sales cycle.
• Execute outbound telemarketing campaigns with success.
