Mercier Consultancy Group in Sofia, Bulgaria, seeks a Polish Speaking Support Specialist to deliver high-quality technical and functional assistance to Polish-speaking customers across multiple channels.

You will join a dynamic global team with relocation, a fully paid training program, health insurance, a monthly performance bonus, and a one-time €1,500 signing bonus aimed at new hires joining our Polish-speaking support team.

Formación

• Native or fluent Polish (spoken and written).
• Strong English proficiency for team communication.
• Previous experience in customer support or a similar client-facing role is desirable.
• Willingness to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria and work on-site.
• EU passport holder is required for relocation.

Responsabilidades

• Provide high-quality technical and functional support to Polish-speaking customers across multiple channels.
• Resolve complex inquiries to ensure customer satisfaction in the support services sector.
