Concentrix in Barcelona is seeking a results-oriented Supervisor to lead a sales team on site. You will drive targets, forecast performance, and maintain accurate CRM data while removing obstacles to opportunities. You’ll coach the team and align with the Sales Director to meet CPTs.

The role values bilingual Dutch and English, 3+ years in sales, and a track record of developing staff. You’ll collaborate with partners, manage weekly coaching, and contribute to a thriving customer experience

Qualificações

3+ years proven work experience in a sales role.
Experience in operations and strategy building.
Excellent coaching history.
Developing and retaining great employees.
Experience maximizing revenue through best practices.
Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM.
Experience finding solutions as a manager.

Responsabilidades

Lead the team to achieve specific business targets and meet performance targets weekly/monthly/quarterly.
Provide accurate ongoing sales forecasting and ensure CRM data is up-to-date.
Remove roadblocks and help team resolve challenges to support sales opportunities.
Monitor and drive team call time and productivity; conduct weekly coaching sessions.
Analyze data and trends to develop strategic sales plays for client territories.
Maintain communication with Sales Director and client to foster relationships.
Coordinate team incentives and reporting on CPTs.
