Job summary

Agilent Technologies is seeking a Scheduling Success Coordinator (French Speaker) to optimize field service operations across a defined geography. You will prioritize resources, balance cost and customer commitments, and ensure engineers are assigned to the right site at the right time.

Qualifications

• Academic degree with a technological/engineering background or equivalent experience.
• Experience in customer service and/or project management.
• Strong planning and organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to work flexibly and autonomously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• French and English fluency.

Responsibilities

• Own the confirmation of all onsite service orders within an assigned geography.
• Meet customer response times and ensure effective deployment of field resources.
• Select most cost-effective Field Service Engineer and reschedule as needed.
• Collaborate with departments to maintain customer satisfaction.
• Lead solutions to meet onsite needs and raise scheduling escalations when required.
• Maintain engineer availability and commitments using enterprise tools.
• Proactively manage resource shortages with leadership support.
• Drive customer satisfaction and relationships, including the Agilent Customer Survey.
• Arrange and plan complex, high-impact services with minimal intervention.
• Ensure all relationships follow Agilent Technologies Standards of Business Conduct.
