Agilent Technologies is seeking a Scheduling Success Coordinator for the Switzerland-German speaking region. You will plan and schedule daily assignments to ensure the right service engineer is in the right place at the right time, supporting field service teams to work efficiently and keep costs down.

You will lead scheduling for onsite service events, optimize field engineers and partners for installations, repairs, and maintenance, and act as a primary contact for escalations.

Formación

• Strong planning and organizational skills required.
• Excellent communication and customer-service orientation.
• German and English fluency, French a plus.
