Concentrix in Barcelona is seeking a Remote Support Engineer (French-speaking) based on-site with a hybrid model after probation. You will provide expert support for industrial 3D printers, remotely diagnose hardware and software issues, and coordinate onsite dispatches when needed.

Formación

• Native level French and proficient English.
• Bachelor’s degree in Science/Engineering – mechanical/industrial/electrical or equivalent.
• Experience in customer-facing roles is a plus.
• Experience with graphics arts products or related technologies is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Provide expert support on industrial 3D printers and related hardware/software.
• Remotely resolve technical issues and guide customers toward resolution.
• Trigger onsite interaction (parts/FSE dispatch) when remote fix is not possible.
• Document case history and ensure proper handover.
• Maintain Knowledge Management System and share knowledge with the team.
• Assist Care Center and customers on product features and specs.
