Concentrix is seeking a French-speaking B2B Customer Support Advisor for an onsite role in Barcelona. You will handle customer requests, advise on solutions, and ensure SLA adherence while collaborating with a team in a dynamic global environment.

You will join a supportive company offering full-time hours, a clear career path, and comprehensive training. A Barcelona office presence is required and a referral bonus program is in place.

Formación

• Native in French plus advanced English.
• Previous experience in a similar position and industry is preferred.
• Basic sales skills, upselling and cross-selling.
• Good disposition to work in a customer service environment.
• Working knowledge of IT platforms, equipment, and applications (Windows/MS Office).

Responsabilidades

• Respond to customers’ requests and provide advice to guarantee satisfaction and SLA.
• Escalate potential service issues as needed.
• Follow all project processes and procedures.
• Provide cover for other agents within the team or across teams.
• Liaise with Supervisors/Mentors on project-specific tasks.
• Complete administrative duties for holidays, sickness and overtime promptly.
