Concentrix in Barcelona is seeking a Remote Support Engineer (French-speaking) based on-site with a hybrid model after probation. You will provide expert support for industrial 3D printers, remotely diagnose hardware and software issues, and coordinate onsite dispatches when needed.

SW (CRM) to ensure proper handover to field, product/case history tracking and reporting- Contribute to maintain the Knowledge Mgmt.
