IQVIA is seeking an enthusiastic recruitment specialist to join our Madrid Production Hub. You will recruit doctors, build a trusted panel, and drive engagement to ensure steady participation in our market research studies.

French native speakers with good English, excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills will thrive here. Experience with multi-national teams is a plus; you will coordinate follow-ups, translations if needed, and maintain up-to-date doctor records.

Qualifications

• French native speaker required.
• Good working knowledge of English to participate in trainings, meetings, and internal communications.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent and professional communication skills (telephone and email).
• Analytical skills.
• Experience working for multi-national corporations is an advantage.
• Further tasks could include documentation, mailings, troubleshooting and translations of text passages.

Responsabilités

• Recruit doctors and follow-up on their participation. Create doctor\'s engagement.
• Call doctors to invite them to our market research studies and join our panel of healthcare professionals.
• Initiate follow-up calls with panelists to achieve maximum participation rate.
• Ensure expected participation rates amongst your assigned pool of doctors by using different communication channels and arguments.
