Job summary

IQVIA is recruiting for a role at our Madrid Production Hub to build a panel of doctors for market research studies. French native speakers are sought to recruit and engage healthcare professionals, maintaining up-to-date records and ensuring participation.

English proficiency is required, and experience in multinational settings is advantageous. The successful candidate will communicate via calls and emails, manage documentation, and support translations as needed in a dynamic, diverse team

Qualifications

• French native speaker required.
• Good working knowledge of English to participate in trainings, meetings, and internal communications.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent and professional communication skills (telephone and email).
• Analytical skills.
• Experience working for multi-national corporations is an advantage.
• Further tasks include documentation, mailings, troubleshooting and translations of text passages.

Responsibilities

• Recruit doctors and follow-up on their participation. Create doctor's engagement.
• Call doctors to invite them to our market research studies and join our panel of healthcare professionals.
• Initiate follow-up calls with panelists to achieve maximum participation rate.
• Ensure expected participation rates amongst your assigned pool of doctors by using different communication channels and arguments.
