Job summary

IQVIA in Madrid is seeking a French-speaking recruiter to build and engage a panel of doctors for market research studies. You will recruit, contact, and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, ensuring high participation and timely responses within a dynamic, multinational team.

The role involves coordinating with internal teams and supporting documentation, translations where needed, and contributing to diverse projects in a global health analytics environment.

Qualifications

• Fluent French speaker required (FR).
• Good working knowledge of English for trainings, meetings and internal communications.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent and professional communication (telephone and email).
• Analytical skills.
• Experience with multinational corporations is a plus.
• Additional tasks may include documentation, mailings, troubleshooting and translations.

Responsibilities

• Recruit doctors and follow up on their participation; build doctor engagement.
• Call doctors to invite them to market research studies and join the panel.
• Initiate follow-up calls with panelists to maximize participation.
• Ensure participation rates using multiple communication channels and arguments.
