IQVIA is seeking a dedicated French-speaking recruiter to build and maintain a panel of doctors for market research studies in Madrid. The role involves recruiting doctors, inviting them to participate, and maintaining ongoing engagement with panelists to maximize participation and data quality.

You will interact with healthcare professionals and coordinate communications across trainings and internal meetings.

Qualificações

• French native required.
• Good working knowledge of English for trainings/meetings.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent and professional communication skills (telephone and email).
• Analytical skills.
• Experience working for multi-national corporations is an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Recruit doctors and follow-up on their participation.
• Call doctors to invite them to market research studies and join our panel of healthcare professionals.
• Initiate follow-up calls with panelists to achieve maximum participation rate.
• Ensure participation rates among your assigned pool using varied communication channels.
