Job summary

IQVIA is recruiting a French-speaking recruitment specialist to join our Madrid Production Hub. You will build a pool of doctors, engage them for market research studies, and nurture trustful relationships throughout recruitment and follow ups to ensure questionnaire completion.

You will update doctor records, handle inquiries, and coordinate communications across channels to maximise participation. This role thrives on attention to detail, clear communication, and a collaborative, diverse team

Qualifications

• French native is required.
• Good working knowledge of English for trainings, meetings, and internal communications.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent and professional communication skills (telephone and email).
• Analytical skills.
• Experience working for multi-national corporations is an advantage.
• Further tasks include documentation, mailings, troubleshooting and translations of text passages.

Responsibilities

• Recruit doctors and follow-up on their participation. Create doctor engagement.
• Call doctors to invite them to our market studies and join the panel of healthcare professionals.
• Initiate follow-up calls with panelists to achieve maximum participation rate.
• Ensure expected participation rates amongst your assigned pool of doctors by using different communication channels.
