Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a dynamic French-speaking professional to join our Madrid Production Hub. You will recruit doctors for market research studies, build trustful relationships, and maintain updated records while guiding participants through surveys and follow-ups.

You will engage with healthcare professionals, manage communications in French and English, and support cross-functional teams across multinational projects in a diverse, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• French native speaker required (FR)
• Good working knowledge of English for trainings, meetings and internal communications
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent and professional communication skills (telephone and email)
• Analytical skills
• Experience working for multinational corporations is an advantage
• Further tasks include documentation, mailings, troubleshooting and translations of text passages

Responsibilities

• Recruit doctors and follow up on their participation; create doctor engagement
• Call doctors to invite them to market research studies and join the panel
• Initiate follow-up calls with panelists to maximize participation
• Ensure participation rates using different channels and arguments
