Job summary

IQVIA in Madrid is seeking a French-speaking recruiter to join our Production Hub. You will recruit doctors, engage them to participate in market research studies, and build a stable panel with ongoing follow-up conversations about questionnaire status.

You will maintain updated information on healthcare professionals, handle inquiries, and support translations and documentation as needed. A diverse, dynamic team environment is offered.

Qualifications

• French native speaker required.
• Good working knowledge of English.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent and professional communication skills (telephone and email).
• Analytical skills.
• Experience working for multinational corporations is an advantage.
• Further tasks would include documentation, mailings, troubleshooting and translations of text passages.

Responsibilities

• Recruit doctors and follow-up on their participation. Create doctor's engagement.
• Call doctors to invite them to our market research studies and join our panel of healthcare professionals.
• Initiate follow-up calls with panelists to achieve maximum participation rate.
• Ensure expected participation rates amongst your assigned pool of doctors by using different communication channels and arguments.
