Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a candidate to join our Madrid Production Hub to recruit French-speaking doctors for market research panels. You will build a solid pool of healthcare professionals and keep them engaged through recruitment and regular follow-up conversations about questionnaire status.

You will contact doctors to invite them to studies, manage participation, and maintain up-to-date records. This role offers diverse, international exposure in a dynamic team environment.

Qualifications

• French native speaker required (FR)
• Good working knowledge of English for trainings, meetings, and internal communications
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent and professional communication skills (telephone and email)
• Analytical skills
• Experience working for multi-national corporations is an advantage
• Further tasks include documentation, mailings, troubleshooting and translations of text passages

Responsibilities

• Recruit doctors and follow-up on their participation. Create doctor engagement.
• Call doctors to invite them to market research studies and join the panel of healthcare professionals.
• Initiate follow-up calls with panelists to achieve maximum participation rate.
• Ensure participation rates amongst your assigned pool of doctors using multiple communication channels and arguments.
