Job summary

IQVIA in Madrid is seeking a french-speaking recruiter to build and maintain a panel of healthcare professionals for market research studies. You will recruit doctors, engage them, and manage follow-up communications to ensure high participation in surveys.

Excellent attention to detail, strong organizational and communication skills, and experience in multinational settings are preferred. This is a full-time on-site role at our Madrid hub.

Qualifications

• Native French speaker required.
• Good working knowledge of English for trainings, meetings, and internal communications.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent and professional communication skills (telephone and email).
• Analytical skills and ability to work in a multinational environment.

Responsibilities

• Recruit doctors and follow-up on their participation.
• Call doctors to invite them to market research studies and join the panel.
• Initiate follow-up calls to maximize participation rate.
• Ensure participation rates with diverse communication channels and arguments.
