IQVIA in Madrid is seeking a French-speaking recruitment specialist to build and maintain a solid panel of doctors for market research studies. You will establish trust, engage participants, and manage queries with a professional, customer-focused approach.

Your role involves calling doctors, inviting them to studies, and following up to maximize participation. English proficiency and attention to detail are essential, and experience with multinational companies is an advantage.

Competenze

French native speaker required.
Good working knowledge of English for trainings, meetings and internal communications.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent and professional communication skills (telephone and email).
Analytical skills.
Experience working for multinational corporations is an advantage.
Further tasks include documentation, mailings, troubleshooting and translations of text passages.

Mansioni

Recruit doctors and follow-up on their participation. Create doctor engagement.
Call doctors to invite them to our market research studies and join our panel of healthcare professionals.
Initiate follow-up calls with panelists to achieve maximum participation rate.
Ensure participation rates among your assigned panel using different communication channels and arguments.
