IQVIA in Madrid is seeking a full-time specialist to build and maintain a panel of doctors for market research studies. You will recruit French-speaking healthcare professionals, ensure regular engagement, and follow up on questionnaires.

Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail are essential in our multinational team. Fluent French is required; English for trainings and internal communications; experience in multinational environments is a plus.

Qualificações

• French native speaker required.
• Good English for trainings, meetings and internal communications.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent and professional communication skills (telephone and email).
• Analytical skills.
• Experience working for multinational corporations is an advantage.
• Further tasks include documentation, mailings, troubleshooting and translations.

Responsabilidades

• Recruit doctors and follow-up on their participation; create doctor engagement.
• Call doctors to invite them to market research studies and join the panel.
• Initiate follow-up calls with panelists to maximize participation.
• Ensure participation rates using various communication channels and arguments.
