Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a dedicated recruiter to build and maintain a panel of doctors for market research studies at our Madrid Production Hub. You will recruit, engage, and follow up with Healthcare Professionals, ensuring timely questionnaire completion and high participation rates.

The role requires French native proficiency, strong English, exceptional organization, and polished phone/email communication. Prior experience in multinational environments is a plus.

Qualifications

• French native speaker required.
• Good working knowledge of English for trainings, meetings and internal communications.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent and professional communication skills (telephone and email).
• Analytical skills.
• Experience working for multi-national corporations is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Recruit doctors and follow-up on their participation.
• Call doctors to invite them to market research studies and join our panel.
• Initiate follow-up calls with panelists to maximize participation rate.
• Ensure participation rates across the assigned pool of doctors.
