Job summary

EcoVadis in Barcelona is seeking a motivated Membership Executive (Upselling/Inside Sales) fluent in French to support subscribers, maximize revenue, and boost value perception. You will manage the French market, contact customers via phone, email or webinars, and use data to guide targeted actions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in customer-facing roles
• Experience in sales or upselling/inside sales
• Fluent in French and English
• Able to interpret data to identify actions
• Proactive and autonomous
• Experience with Salesforce or CRM

Responsibilities

• Manage existing French market to maximize revenue and upsell
• Identify upsell opportunities via phone, email or webinars
• Use data to drive targeted actions
• Develop content to improve value perception at scale
• Coordinate with frontline teams to open opportunities
• Track monthly/quarterly initiative progress
• Prepare technical reports on accounts/market status
