Job summary

IQVIA is seeking French native speakers to join our Madrid Production Hub, building a stable panel of doctors for market research studies. You will recruit doctors, engage them, and maintain updated healthcare professional information while supporting queries.

Ideal candidates will recruit, call, and follow up with doctors to maximize participation and ensure smooth questionnaire completion across a multinational setting.

Qualifications

• French native speaker required; English proficiency for trainings and internal communications.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills via telephone and email.
• Analytical skills; experience with multinational corporations is a plus.
• Willingness to perform documentation, mailings, troubleshooting, and translations when needed.

Responsibilities

• Recruit doctors and follow-up on their participation. Create doctor's engagement.
• Call doctors to invite them to our market research studies and join our panel of healthcare professionals.
• Initiate follow-up calls with panelists to achieve maximum participation rate.
• Ensure expected participation rates amongst your assigned pool of doctors by using different communication channels and arguments.
