Job summary

French native speaker required.
Good working knowledge of English for trainings and meetings.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent and professional communication skills (telephone and email).
Analytical skills.
Experience working for multinational corporations is an advantage.
Further tasks include documentation, mailings, troubleshooting and translations.

Responsibilities

Recruit doctors and follow up on their participation; create doctor engagement.
Call doctors to invite them to market research studies and join the panel.
Initiate follow-up calls with panelists to maximize participation rate.
Ensure participation rates by using multiple communication channels and arguments.
