Job summary

IQVIA is recruiting for a French-speaking recruiter to build and manage a doctor panel for market research studies at our Madrid Production Hub office. You will recruit doctors, engage them, and conduct follow-up conversations to ensure timely completion of questionnaires.

The role requires native French, good English, keen attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. Prior experience with multinational corporations is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Recruit doctors and follow-up on their participation.
• Create doctors' engagement.
• Call doctors to invite them to our market research studies and join our panel.
• Initiate follow-up calls with panelists to achieve maximum participation rate.
• Ensure expected participation rates amongst your assigned pool of doctors by using different communication channels and arguments.
