Job summary

IQVIA is seeking French native speakers to recruit doctors for our market research panel at the Madrid Production Hub. You will establish trust with participants and maintain up-to-date healthcare professional records while addressing queries.

Responsibilities include inviting doctors to studies, following up to maximize participation, and ensuring adherence to participation targets across channels. Fluency in French and English, with strong communication skills, is essential.

Qualifications

• French native speaker required.
• Good working knowledge of English for trainings, meetings, and internal communications.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent and professional communication skills (telephone and email).
• Analytical skills.
• Experience working for multi-national corporations is an advantage.
• Tasks may include documentation, mailings, troubleshooting and translations of text passages.

Responsibilities

• Recruit doctors and follow-up on their participation. Create doctor engagement.
• Call doctors to invite them to market research studies and join the panel of healthcare professionals.
• Initiate follow-up calls with panelists to achieve maximum participation rate.
• Ensure participation rates among your assigned pool using various communication channels and arguments.
