Job summary

IQVIA in Madrid is seeking French native speakers to build a pool of doctors for market research studies at our Madrid Production Hub. You will recruit doctors and maintain engagement through regular follow-up conversations.

The role requires French fluency and good English, plus excellent communication, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills. You will interact with healthcare professionals through calls and emails in a diverse, multinational environment.

Qualifications

• French native speaker required.
• Good working knowledge of English for trainings, meetings, and internal communications.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent and professional communication skills (telephone and email).
• Analytical skills; experience in multinational environments is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Recruit doctors and follow-up on their participation. Create doctor's engagement.
• Call doctors to invite them to our market research studies and join our panel of healthcare professionals.
• Initiate follow-up calls with panelists to achieve maximum participation rate.
• Ensure expected participation rates amongst your assigned pool of doctors by using different communication channels and arguments.
