Job summary

IQVIA in Madrid is seeking a French native speaker to join our market research recruitment team at the Madrid Production Hub. You will build a solid pool of doctors, recruit participation, and maintain ongoing relationships to support study workflows.

You will engage healthcare professionals via calls and emails, manage follow-ups, and contribute to data accuracy and project success within a diverse, multinational setting.

Qualifications

• French Native speaker is required (FR).
• Good working knowledge of English to participate in trainings, meetings, and internal communications.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent and professional communication skills (telephone and email).
• Analytical skills.
• Experience working for multi-national corporations is an advantage.
• Further tasks would be documentation, mailings, troubleshooting and in some cases translations of text passages.

Responsibilities

• Recruit doctors and follow-up on their participation to create doctor engagement.
• Call doctors to invite them to our market research studies and join our panel of healthcare professionals.
• Initiate follow-up calls with panelists to achieve maximum participation rate.
• Ensure expected participation rates amongst your assigned pool of doctors by using different communication channels and arguments.
