Formación

• Native or fluent French (written and spoken)
• EU passport or work permit allowing Greece residency
• Passion for automotive industry and high-end client service
• Excellent communication skills, able to convey technical concepts clearly
• Strong digital literacy and experience with professional customer platforms

Responsabilidades

• Act as the brand ambassador for Mercedes-Benz to automotive clients
• Handle complex inquiries about vehicle tech, luxury features, and service scheduling across channels
• Ensure high customer satisfaction aligning solutions with brand standards
• Collaborate with international teams to troubleshoot and explain new vehicle technologies
• Maintain detailed CRM records to ensure seamless cross-border communication
• Uphold Mercedes-Benz legacy through proactive communication and problem solving
