Mercier Consultancy Group is recruiting Spanish-speaking Customer Experts to represent the Mercedes-Benz brand for opportunities in Greece. You will deliver premium support to Mercedes-Benz owners, handling inquiries via phone, email, and chat.

Relocation support is provided, including flight, transfer, and hotel, plus a fully paid training program and a generous salary package with two extra salaries. Fluent Spanish and English required, EU passport holders preferred, remote-friendly role.

Qualifications

• Native or fluent Spanish (spoken and written).
• Excellent communication in English and Spanish.
• Remote-work capability and self-motivation.
• Valid EU passport.
• Strong interest in automotive industry and customer-centric mindset.
• Proficiency with digital tools; willingness to learn automotive software.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary contact for Mercedes-Benz owners, delivering luxury customer care.
• Assist customers with technical inquiries, vehicle specs, and service scheduling.
• Manage service documentation and customer data in CRM systems.
• Resolve complex inquiries via phone, email, and chat with high satisfaction.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Mercedes-Benz product lines and tech.
• Collaborate with internal teams to meet brand standards across touchpoints.
