Job summary

Cencora, the parent company of World Courier, is seeking an International Agent in Coslada, Madrid. You will be the primary contact for clients and World Courier offices across the Middle East and Africa, handling bookings, quotes and shipment tracking to ensure timely delivery.

We offer a hybrid work model, training period in the office, 25 days holiday, private healthcare, and a 5% annual bonus. Fluency in English and French is essential.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English and French (verbal and written).
• Experience or knowledge of logistics is desirable.
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Team player able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Handle enquiries from clients, agents, and offices in English and French.
• Receive bookings via email and update tracking system.
• Provide quotations via email.
• Monitor and track shipments, respond to deviations.
• Keep clients and offices updated on shipment status.
• Advise instructions for pick-up or special delivery.
• Communicate temperature results after delivery.
• Build and maintain relationships with offices, clients, agents, airlines.
• Ensure internal systems are updated when new jobs are raised.
