Job summary

World Courier, part of Cencora, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support clinical trial projects. You will handle enquiries, bookings and reports, plan shipments, and maintain the study database while ensuring timely communication with clients and offices.

The role requires strong English, excellent customer service, and experience in logistics/pharma. It operates on a 07:00–18:00, Monday–Friday schedule in a on-site setting in Spain.

Qualifications

• Education of graduate or similar.
• English language to a very high level, both verbal and written.
• Previous B2B customer service experience - ideally internationally.
• Experience with logistics or pharmaceutical sectors is beneficial.
• Proficiency with PowerPoint, Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Handle enquiries, bookings and reports from clinical trial clients.
• Plan shipping solutions and maintain the clinical trial database.
• Monitor shipments, communicate delays and generate study reports.
• Build relationships with World Courier offices and clients.
• Work with regulations (ADR/DGR/AITA) and local laws.
