World Courier in Coslada, Madrid, is hiring an International Agent to join our busy Operations and Customer Services team. You will be the primary contact for clients and agents across the Middle East and Africa, ensuring bookings are accurate and shipments tracked end-to-end.

You will manage quotations, monitor ongoing shipments, and communicate status updates promptly, maintaining strong relationships with offices and partners. Hybrid work after training is offered.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English and French (verbal and written) is essential.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to follow procedures and work well in a team.

Responsibilities

• Handle enquiries from clients, agents and offices via phone and email in English and French.
• Receive bookings, update internal tracking system, and provide quotations.
• Monitor shipments and inform clients of delays or deviations.
