Job summary

Manpower España is seeking a dedicated French-speaking professional to join our Madrid Production Hub as a full-time specialist. You will recruit doctors, invite them to market research studies, and manage their engagement throughout the panel process.

Responsibilities include follow-up calls, driving participation, and ensuring targets are met. English knowledge is needed for trainings and internal communications within a multinational setting.

Qualifications

• French native level is required.
• Good English to participate in trainings and meetings.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent and professional communication via telephone and email.
• Analytical mindset for evaluating responses and participation.
• Experience with multinational companies is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Recruit doctors and manage their participation in studies.
• Invite doctors to market research studies and onboard them to the panel.
• Make follow-up calls to maximize participation rates.
