Job summary

TD SYNNEX is seeking an Inside Sales professional fluent in French to own accounts within a sub business unit, leveraging portfolio knowledge and pricing. You will handle quotes, close orders, and drive revenue while maintaining CRM accuracy and coordinating with pre-sales when needed.

Ideal candidates have IT/CRM experience, strong telephone skills, and a track record of meeting targets. The role offers a hybrid work model and a global, diverse environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent proficiency in French.
• Ideal candidates have IT systems for quotation, order entry, and CRM.
• IT industry knowledge is desirable but not essential.
• Excellent telephone manner and relationship-building skills.
• 3+ years of experience and numeracy with attention to detail.
• Strong planning, prioritization and target-driven mindset.
• Working knowledge of Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with customers and vendors through proactive engagement and product expertise.
• Plan and execute outbound calls to generate new business and identify opportunities.
• Meet monthly and quarterly revenue and margin targets.
• Actively sell by gathering customer insights and planning strategic engagements.
• Manage or coordinate projects, involving pre-sales when technical input is needed.
• Provide accurate and timely quotations across relevant segments.
• Maintain CRM accuracy and manage customer backorder expectations.
• Support partner development through account planning and cross-selling.
• Identify project opportunities and collaborate with BDMs when specialised knowledge is required.
